"Good value for money - the hotel is in a great location for visiting Etna but is slightly too far up the hill to wonder into Zaffarena for dinner. Free and plentiful parking (in October). The room was clean, a decent size and balcony has an amazing view over the town towards the sea. There is a free minibar which is a nice feature, with lemonades and water to drink. "The location was perfect to get to all major attractions. Massimo was very responsive to any questions and helped book transportation to the airport. Would stay there again."

"Ants in the bedroom, mold in the bathroom, no cutlery/plates in the kitchen. Had to ask for safety deposit box. Pool was disgusting and full of dirt and leaves. Had to wear a swim hat in pool and there was no mention off this on website so had to buy one there. Pool was shut between 1 and 3 again no mention off this on the website. "
