"Normally when we stay here there are no issues. This time we could not get the room temperature regulated. We like a cool room at night. We had them tem down to 67 but we still had to throw blankets off and out pet could not get comfortable either. He jumped from bed to bed and was on the floor to find a cool spot. Will be checking to make sure cooling system is working next time."

"Reasonably priced, kids love the indoor wave pool/waterpark. The newly renovated rooms are very nice and spacious. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, and will be back again!"

"The best High level hotel. The receptionists were excellent, very professional and friendly. The place is super clean and modern. I like that we could access our suite from inside as well as from the balcony. Our son loved the water park. Definitely booking in this hotel for my next trips between Yellowknife and Edmonton."
