"The property, staff and room were excellent will most definitely stay again. But I didn’t like that it was a guest calling the front desk continuously with a noise complaint with youth baseball players and their families staying there for a tournament. With that many teams that played ages ranging from 9U and up of course it was going to be noise."

"Our travel plans were ruined and this hotel is the only one I will stay at in Des Moines but the suite with balcony that I always have was full for the weekend. The front desk employee made some changes and was able to give us a river view room. She went above and beyond when we had a very rough day at the airport. The location is PERFECT for the farmers market on Saturday morning, I cant wait for my next visit!"
