My wife and I love this hotel, but this stay had a few more bumps:
Check in: check in we will blame on getting in very late, but It took some time to get help to get checked in with no way to contact anybody. Staff member was speedy and kind with us. It was pretty smooth sailing from there.
Cleanliness: lobby was pristine. Hotel looks very nice. The room was clean (minus the curtains but that’s not an easy task). There was one table that had a hand print on it, but with everything else they have to do I’m not mad at all.
Room: room was nice, bed was so nice! Probably would say using a king it might need another pillow or two, but that’s just personal preference! A bit outdated, but like I said it was clean so that’s fine enough. The door frame was falling apart and some of the outlets didn’t work, but that is really my only little complaints about the room.
Bathroom: vent was gross. The sink was having issues draining. Didn’t call anyone cause it did its job enough and truthfully I don’t like people in my room once I’m in there. The water for the shower was lukewarm and I’m someone who loves HOT showers. My wife doesn’t and it was cold even for her.
Check out: easy. Easiest check out we’ve ever had. Contactless text so we could just go right out to the car. It was just that simple.
Pool: didn’t use the pool but from the elevator it looked really nice in there!
***parking lot was under construction. Less quiet and harder to park. No impact on rating!
