"A fabulous stay in a Club Double (recommended room choice) in one of the most beautiful Edwardian hotels in London. Two tube stops, Kensington Gardens and Palace, and restaurants galore -- all just steps away. The staff is superb, especially Xavier Gomes, the new manager; Manuela and Carmen, the two Romanian sisters who run the excellent breakfast buffet; Maureen at the front desk -- and many others.
