“非常的失望！！！房间内空间太小，酒店还摆放许多东西占掉客人放衣服化妆品和箱子的地方。晚上可听见隔壁说话声、早上被对门送饭声吵醒。晚上出入酒店无人看管，让我们很不放心感觉不安全。对附近餐馆都不熟悉，每次询问总是要很久才找出一家。完全不像是一家被评价如此高的“小豪华酒店”。不会再去住了，同时对网上的评价，也起到了一定的怀疑！”

“Had a great time service great, allow me to get a room right when I arrived from the Airport early AM, the only issue is that the room probably was smoking room and without Air condition might be bad and I don't smoke also the view for the suite I use was not good at all ”

“The hotel is between 2 underground stations, within 10 mins easy walk to both. Location is easy to get to the LHR airport and most of the landmarks by taking underground. Even the hotel rooms are small but in good and comfort condition. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Supermarkets nearby, the closest one literally just near door, which is a big one with Starbucks, so is very convenience. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also many around. I am happy about my stay and would like to……

“Very beautiful hotel. We stayed in Judy Garland room which is very classy and British.. Breakfast is good in value. Highly recommend. ”

“The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty and lots of choice and even we can pick items from the menu without paying extra. It is vert closed to the Gloucester Road Station and you feel safe even you return late at night. Will stay again if I come to London next time.”
