"We had a fantastic 3 night stay here for a family wedding which was in nearby location. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed with a huge walk in wardrobe and a decent supply of hangers. We had dinner on 2 nights and the food was of excellent quality and very generous portions with a great choice. I particularly enjoyed the fish pie and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the steak and kidney pie. Breakfast was equally tasty, thick cut bacon, well packed sausages, juicy tomatoes and...

"We had a very nice stay at the Stratton Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and staff was very nice and accommodating. Beware the spa, worst massages I’ve ever had. They are very nice but the young ladies had no idea how to masssage, the sheets were itchy and oils smelled off. Maybe other offerings are better and it’s very convenient. "

The food in the restaurant (including breakfast) was superb and the service throughout the hotel was second to none. Wanted to bring my husband next time for his birthday but the date is limited to a two night stay so very disappointed that this time, I can’t. "
