"The morning staff is not as friendly as the nightshift staff. They were grumpy and not helpful. Don't bother asking them questions as they're not willing to give you any answers. There is one particular female staff at the front desk who works at night that was very pleasant and spoke English very well. Too bad I didn't get her name, she was the only one who smiled. Other than the poor service in the morning, we enjoyed the amenities at this hotel. Train station and 7-11 are just next door."
