Airport Limousine bus also stops right in front of the hotel. Only negative comment is the room size, but it seems to be the standard for Japanese hotels. "This is very good value for a tokyo stay , clean , good location ... like almost all Tokyo addresses , not easy to find, but be patient . It is a bit easier if you have a little japanese, but that isnt a barrier. Try and have the address in japanese with you , so you can show it to locals , or the piceman on duty in the police box nearby . It is on the Oedo subway line, so you have to change off the JR line ( Yamanotesen). A strong recommendation is to change trains at JR Yoyogi station , not...
