Weekend Getaway
This was an absolute gem of a find for a weekend getaway. We all lead very busy lives these days and it is nice, at times, to stop and take a breath. We had a fantastic porch view of the lake and could just sit and catch up with friends for a long weekend while enjoying the water view just feet from us. The house was spacious and well laid out and we had complete privacy. The property manager was spot on as there was new construction close by and walked us thru all of the temporary changes to our route to get us there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and take a breath but it is still close enough to go out for activities if desired. I certainly would stay here again. Chuck

The perfect spot for a quiet, peaceful getaway. The property is located in spot easy for swimming or boating and provides plenty of space for outdoor relaxation in either the hot tub or the outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Amazing Lake Side Home
Our visit to Lake Wylie was fantastic. The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished and so organized. Our hosts, Renee and Wayne thought of everything! Their local knowledge of pickleball courts and great restaurants ensured a good time was had by all. The supplied kayaks were a fun way to explore the lake. We can't say enough good things about renting here. We will be back! Thanks again Renee and Wayne for making our stay so wonderful.

Wonderful Respite for Family Visit
My dad, brother and I came to North Carolina to visit family, and we had a relaxing time at this beautiful rental. We loved the kayaks and standup paddle boards, and we loved the porch, overlooking the lake. Communications with Rene were perfect. All was perfect, actually. The rental is well stocked, and we were very comfortable. We highly recommend this lovely lakeside nest for a cozy and comfortable stay.

Charlotte Lake House
The part of the house we stayed in was beautiful. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Plenty of room for our family. And the outside space was more then we could ask for. A huge covered back porch the whole length of the house with lots of comfortable seating and a hot tub which was a plus. Then over a little ways from the house was 2 large table with chairs, umbrellas and a gas grill so we could cook and eat while enjoying the fresh air and looking at the lake. Plus there was another area with at least 8 Adirondack chairs with 2 fire pits to enjoy in the evening. And last but not least a covered dock with several kayaks and paddle boards for us to use,and then a floating dock with a swim ladder which was nice if using the water toys and then several chairs to fish from or just sit and enjoy the great view. It’s probably one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed and would stay again. Also Rene, our host, was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed or asked about. We highly recommend renting here. AAA+ rental
