We had the best time and the house was perfect!
From the communication of the owner to the cleanliness of the house to the book with restaurant and attraction recommendations to the comfort of the beds and the upgrades this house is even better than it appears in pictures. It’s literally 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and probably just 10 to 15 minutes from Folly Beach. We were all very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay there. The backyard backs up to a golf course and has a nice sitting area where you can just sit and people watching in the evenings. I highly recommend this and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Girl’s Weekend
My friends and I had a great long weekend in Charleston with this property as our home base! From the home we enjoyed close access to downtown and Folly Beach, and had fun watching golfers on the 5th green. The home was clean and beautifully decorated, we’d love to return sometime!

The house was perfect for our needs. Clean home. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of extra’s: hair dryer, iron and board, shampoo/ conditioner, 1 st aid kit, beach umbrella, books, puzzles. Tv with 2 streaming services. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. We really enjoyed our stay.

Little gem in ideal location.
We were three couples in Charleston for a long weekend. Recently renovated, open concept home feels larger than it looks. Great communication from owner and easy check-in process. Ideal location close to town and lovely setting on the golf course. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nicely updated. Beautiful view of golf course. Worked out perfectly for the 2 families in our group. Took advantage of the selection of board games and corn hole boards available in our down time. Good location...Quiet and private, but close to some good conveniences and dining.

My daughter got married at the Charleston Aquarium the first weekend of October. We were looking to stay close to downtown but not downtown. What a perfect place to stay.. 10 minutes and you are right downtown. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. As many times as we have been to Charleston we never ventured here, so it was quite a surprise. Loved the golf course views and my husband and I walked there everyday as it was so close. We enjoyed watching the golfers everyday too from the outdoor cabana .. they were all so friendly. It was nice to come back and relax after the hectic wedding g activities. We did manage to drive to the beach for an hour .. that was only about 20 minute out and a beautiful beach for a walk . It was too cool to swim, Everyone enjoyed their stay . We had friends from West Palm Beach stay with us and they were so happy not to be in a hotel.

Very Nice House and Location
House is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood close to Charleston and MUSC. Property manager was helpful and easy to contact. Would recommend for a quiet relaxing time close to a lot of things.

Everything you need and great location!
We were close to everything we wanted to do! Folly Beach, rainbow row, the pineapple fountain, comedy club, ghost tour on an old naval ship, the market. Really great location! The house had everything we needed to cook, relax, and get some rest. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you!

Family summer trip
Sean's property was perfect. Just how it looked in the pictures and was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The location is perfect to doing things around the area. If you love golf, this is your place to stay. With a view of the 5th hole right out your back window, you will be delighted for hours. It is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston so you’re close to everything. The house was a spacious and on a quiet street.
