The lobby is stunning. Upon arrival was informed valet was not complimentary, but even if I wanted to pay for it, the valet was not out front and the signage for parking was misleading. The A/C in our room didn’t work, and did not get below 73–not great for spring/summer in SC. There were somebody else’s long hairs on the bath robe in the bathroom. No ice or water available in the room without contacting front desk. Would choose another hotel for the price. Hope they improve some things!

Expensive, toilet backed up soon as we arrived. Had to relocate to another room, then asked to move back late that night after dinner. One of the two window shades were inoperative . No offer from management to offset the inconvenience . Not impressed.
