"Great location and charming home. The only downside was the internet service, which was quite poor. If internet had been something we had urgently needed, it would have been a true problem. Because we were taking a weekend away and were less in need of our devices, it posed more of an inconvenience but may be an issue for other/future users of this property."

"We had a lovely time. We really enjoyed the sauna and spa! The nightly view of the sunset and stars was epic! You really feel one with nature, yet you are a five minute drive to restaurants and stores. Everything in the home is high end. They have it all, amazing views, a beautiful kitchen, soft bedding and plenty towels! Any items from home I forgot were already there for us to use."

"Was in town for daughters wedding, needed a place to accommodate various families and members and this was perfect! All units were well appointed, clean, gave everyone their own space but still close to each other. Location was great too, with walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Derrick and management company was very attentive and communicated well. Looking forward to staying there again as a home base to explore the area further with space to relax after!"

"From start to finish this has been a great experience. The property is newer construction with quality finishes. It was spotlessly clean. Tesla charger on site which was super convenient. The location was perfect. Walking distance to State St with all the restaurants, bars and shops. Check in was easy. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying here again."

"The property was beautiful, and the views were outstanding! Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for a big group. I think it would be helpful to clarify the bedrooms and bathrooms a little more clearly in the description. Also a few ammenities are not working or not yet completed. "The house is even better than the photos. Tons of space, natural light and almost everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was immaculately clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for families, with a nature area behind the house, a playground a few yards away, and a lovely beach a short walk down the hill. I should note that the configuration of beds does not match what was listed and represented in the photos. I would recommend the owner update that so that guests...

"The photos just don't do this house justice. It's a magical spot place and I can't believe how close it is to LA. We cooked, lounged, swung, and had a cozy time. If you love to relax and hang, def consider this home! Also, its great for kids and people who karaoke. :)"

"The house although beautiful and well built was in pretty rough shape. The AC, hotter, ice maker and appliances did not work. Gate didn't work, we were able to patch it together."
