"Perfect place to stay to see our daughter at DLI. She was able to stay with us for the weekend and found the Murphy bed comfortable. The kitchen & living room tables were perfect for playing family games that we brought with us and the grill and hot tub were awesome. Location worked well to explore Big Sur & Monterey. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again if we came back."

"The newly renovated Carmel Lodge Hotel Now STILWELL is top of the line. From checking in whilst enjoying a glass of delicious champagne to waking up with wide varietal tapas style breakfast, this place will blow you away. There is little details everywhere that transport you to an oasis of relaxation. You will not be disappointed with the Junior suite as my wife stated while drawing a bubble bath and enjoying some champagne to continue the wonderful SPA LIKE experience. We definitely will come...

"We only stayed here one night as we were making stops down the coast of California but we would’ve stayed for a week if possible with how amazing this hotel was! The staff were very friendly, helpful and improved the overall experience. The property is beautiful and set one street over from the Carmel Beach which makes for easy beach access! The room was very clean/modern and is definitely a luxury experience! We highly recommend staying if you are a couple in search for a hotel in Carmel!"

"The location is prime in the town so you can walk everywhere and the employees were very hospitable and friendly. The two things that stopped this place from being excellent were the lack of parking for even luggage drop off (especially when you are solo) and the bed. I had to drive around quite awhile to find parking. Also, the bed was too hard. Had to sleep with the pillows under my shoulders and hips because I am side sleeper. They do provide little extra touches and are dog friendly:)"
