"The condo had absolutely everything we needed. The grandkids loved the Bogie boards. All beds were very comfortable. The pictures don’t give this place Justice. It was more spacious than we imagined. Definitely will rent again!"

"We stayed in Carlsbad for four days. Our unit was on the second floor across the highway from the ocean. The view was fantastic. There are steps to access the beach right in front of unit and you can hear the waves crashing at night. Beach is very walkable and walk to town is about ten minutes and is a very nice town. Would stay again. Easy check in and out, never saw the property manager."

"A wonderful 3 bedroom unit; clean and well appointed. I came with 2 of my adult children and my grand daughter and we were all comfortable; plenty of room for family time and plenty of privacy when needed. The outdoor space and view is beautiful and the propane fire pit is a luxury. Communication with the property management (Haustay) was great..we had no issues but did ask a few questions that were answered immediately. I highly recommend this property."

"In spite of heavy rain (atmospheric river) twice during stay, earthquakes close by and tornado warnings for San Diego (which never materialized) we had a wonderful three weeks in Carlsbad. The condo was so very comfortable, very clean and location was excellent. Quick walk to the fantastic beach was definitely a plus. After a day of being out we always loved coming back to the serenity of the complex. Checkin was uneventful and it was definitely a plus to have parking so close and be on ground...

"Honestly great location. Close to shops and right on the beach. There should be a comment informing people from out of town that this is a pebble beach. We were looking more for a sandy beach. The place is spacious and has a lot of great amenities. Some improvements could be made in their cleaning but overall a great stay."

"Very comfortable for our group of 8. Plenty of room for privacy and also gathering as a group. Excellent location near beach and restaurants. BUT since our family cooked each night there was not enough dishes (only 8) really needed 20, and better pots & pans would be appreciated. NO dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel or other normal items found in B & B provided. Only blocks from train that ran until 1 and then started at 6 in morning. None the less we would rent again."

"I absolutely love this hotel and location but unfortunately the only one bad thing with our visit was timing because they had some construction happening early in the morning. Besides that construction, it’s the best affordable hotel. "
