The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! ."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Casa Canal! It was everything we imagined. A villa enjoyed by all ages. My 9 year was very excited for the pool! Stu met us for our check in day and he walked us through everything including showing us all the rooms. Location is great and so private. Love how the beach is just walks away. "This villa is amazing. Absolutely awesome! We loved every minute of our 6 night stay. Kalea and Santos made it such an enjoyable experience. Even when the A/C crapped out in our bedroom, they had it fixed immedietely, plus there are tons of fans to keep the air moving. Such an awe-inspiring amount of love and work went into the building of this structure. Santos, take a bow sir. I am saving my pennies and counting the days until I am back in that hammock on the front porch!!"

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"

"This home is beautiful with fantastic grounds. The second floor has great hammocks on the balcony for lounging and reading. There are a lot of roosters in the neighborhood so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. Our kiddos loved the quiet waters at the beach."

"The description of Tranquillo is spot on. We travelled with 2 families, 4 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-15. The house is comfortable and spacious. The pool and outdoor grilling area far surpassed my expectations. Rincon is a great area to travel with family or friends. I highly recommend this property. The communication with property management was fast and friendly. I cannot wait to return!"

"We visit Rincon every year now for the past 12 years. Villa Descalza was the perfect location for peaceful mornings and evenings spent on the patio with view of the ocean. The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location for access to restaurants and beaches was ideal. Walk down the hill and there you are. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower was a plus and although we didn't need it the patio was still usable during a rainstorm as they have electric awnings that protect it from...

Short walk to beach , but do realize this location is on a hill so the walk is steep. We were here to surf and surf we did , Sandy Beach is just down the street and Domes and Marie's beach is a 10 min drive away. Coming hm to a nice outside shower was great with the kids.
