"This condo was clean, spacious, and has everything you need at home, all you need is your groceries. It's close to many beaches, restaurants and tourist areas. The only thing is, if you have elderly people. There is no elevators, and if your on the third floor, its a little hard for them to go up. Also theres no AC in the Living room area, but if there's a breeze its very refreshing when the windows are open. I would definitely recommend. It was a GREAT STAY!"

"This condo is the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is right across from the public beach. Beautiful sunsets! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Short drive to other beaches. The condo itself is equipped for cooking if you want to eat in. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. The large balcony was a perfect place to relax. There are 2 parking spots in a gated area. My teens enjoyed having a pool. The beds were a little hard for our liking. Water pressure is low, but thats common all over...

"Hard to find but studio is neat and steps from the beach. Traffic gets noisy on occasion but you are conveniently located to everything. We had a bit of a mixup during checkin but Debbie the property manager went above and beyond to make it right! Cool little place in a cool little town."

"This is a great, comfortable, and spacious apartment with amazing views from the kitchen and the roof deck. We loved being able to walk downtown in just minutes to get to the market, restaurant, and the various tour companies for the bioluminescent bay and snorkeling trips. Our only wishes were for a more comfortable (less squishy and squeaky) bed and a cleaner couch, but otherwise the place was very clean and comfy! We felt safe staying here with our kid. The outside of the building does not represent this beautiful little apartment inside. It was decorated so cute with charming little touches here and there.
