The front desk was kind enough to reach out to us, when the room was ready, The first morning when we were showering there was very low water pressure and no hot water. But I had to check out early a day and the lady at the front desk advised my to contact Expedia to get my day refund back where I checked out early due to a medical emergency and come to find out they never checked me out and are refusing to give the day refund back after Expedia is trying to get it for me. The manager flat out denied it and never checked me out till 24 hrs after I done left"
