"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. "We stayed here for the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Hotel is in a lovely quiet street near the castle and 5 mins walk from the chain bridge. The rooms are good sized, clean and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The staff, every single member we met were exceptional, helpful and even went above and beyond to sort us out transfers to the Hungaroring daily and airport. "We had the most amazing stay at NH collection. Was situated on a metro line, making getting around the city super easy. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The free fruit/sweets went down very well with our 5 year old as did his very own room key!!! The studio apartment was perfect size for our family of three.
