Everyone was nice and very professional. I am not a nature person but that place is very beautiful and the food was so delicious.

I enjoyed my time at the Riu montego bay. Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. Food was sort of a mixed bag. Pepe food the jerk hut near the pool was amazing but the line was an hr long. Restaurants were impossible to get reservations and the reservation app is not user friendly. We did manage to get 1 reservation during our stay it was at the Italian restaurant and i was less than impressed. The food was salty and tasteless. The buffets had a lot of options but not many traditional jamaican dishes however; the curry chicken was decent. Liquor flowed freely but was totally watered down. Mini bar and liquor dispenser was restocked every 2 days. The entertainment team gets a A from me. They were the pool entertainment by day and put on shows by night. They were friendly and engaging. There's a little water park it waa cute and clean. I must mention this is an all adult hotel 21 and over but it attracts mostly 21 year olds as this place is totally a party atmosphere. Over all i enjoyed rui montego bay and would stay again but perhaps at one of their adjoining properties.

Absolutely loved staying at this resort. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was such a wide variety of food in the buffet everyday. The steakhouse was my favorite with the delicious rib eye. Rooms were beautiful as well as the view. So glad I was able to spend my birthday here with my family!
