One of the best resort/hotel’s I have ever experienced. As a frequent traveler this hotel and services and amenities are ideal! The food was buffet style for every meal and it was so delicious! I am going to miss that the most. The layout of the entire resort is amazing and so clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love the beach is right down the street in our hotel and unlimited drinks and chairs. No one is ever mean or rude. 5 star treatment. I cannot wait to visit Riu again. One of the best all inclusive deals and Hotel Riu Montego Bay is the adults only all the fun was there, all the nightly performances! So fun. You dont even have to leave the property to have fun. So amazing. Also got a corner room and it was huge and beautiful. Thanks again!

Everything was great, food drinks, however the hotel need to be more helpful to the guest with the complementary shuttle to and from the airport, wasn’t much help there with this, the hotel can do better. Let the guest know at check in how to get back to the airport and who they need to talk too, I wasn’t the only one with this issue several guess he had the same issue getting back to the airport they charge $140 for the trip to the airport one way

The pros: super clean rooms, even though we had a AC leak which isn’t uncommon they fixed it immediately, cleaned our room twice a day wonderfully. Buffet food was better than the restaurants, loads of options and all had flavor! Chicken hut on the beach was delicious! Entertainment staff were great! Really child friendly. Clean beautiful property. The cons: service is slow as expected in Jamaica, except for this one women at the pool Teodeen, who was absolutely magical! The cafe shop staff were just not it, they seemed annoyed everytime anyone went in there and honestly at times rude. Not many options of restaurants, and you can only book two days out and if your a big party like us (4 rooms) we had to literally download the app and like book at the same time to reserve the 6:30pm slot as the other a lot was 8:15pm and if you were too slow you would lose the reservation as they booked quickly, which was annoying so we only went to two restaurants and that was it. Steak house was an extension of the buffet and the Japanese hibachi place was super basic not impressed at all. Food at the restaurant wasn’t good but the buffet was great! Also there are some bugs that literally eat you alive there, we thought mosquitoes but heard it may be sand fleas, either way half our group was bitten so bad they scratched to blood! Bring bug spray!!! Overall good stay!
