"This hotel met our needs for a clean & quiet place to sleep for 2 nights in the San Francisco area. It was close to the airport and had free parking for our rental car. The beds and pillows were adequate, as was the bathroom. We didn’t try the continental breakfast, as we walked down to Camino Corner for a delicious breakfast both mornings of our stay. If you don’t plan to spend much time at your hotel, I definitely recommend staying here. "

"Although a frequent traveler to San Francisco, this was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, and I wasn't disappointed. From check-in to check-out my stay was very nice. Friendly customer service, comfortable room and clean throughout the property. Cool on-site lounge/cocktail bar, although I wish the roof were accessible to guests w/ a bar up there, too. "I tried to call the process and waited on home for 15 minutes, got hung up on, call back, hung up again, call back finally got someone on the phone and explain to them how bad that service was. The housekeepers were very sweet and the front desk people when we checked in, were also very sweet. Coffee in the room! The coffee downstairs although expensive was good. "
