As this is our first time ever to complain sure dont like it but have to say somthing about this Super8 and we do stay a lot at Super8 ....we had book true Expedia.ca as always we arrived around 9pm Saturday night our room was on main floor,we unpack got ready for bed went to used washroom and there was a bunch of ants running around on the floor ...carpet in the room so dirty and they was some ants even there beside the bed ...started to look around the dust every were even bathub was so dirty not because we were looking to complain but it was really bad,now for breafest there was only one muffin to serve they said breafest was included but no this was far end to be a breakfest so giving this Super 8 v1 to 10 review well we're giving 2

Don't plan of having breakfast at this location Very poor for what they called breakfast. All i saw was a O J machine from which the O J did not taste very good. pkg hot cocoa mix, 3 pkgs oat meal mix. 1 pkg which contained 2 small muffins. Nothing else. Told a lady that was doing some cleaning in the area about the o j but she acted like she did not understand English. Good thing there was another place tnear y o get something

This is our third time here. Staff is pleasant and room is clean. I can never figure out how to get the water to stay in the tub for a hot bath. That’s the only complain I have. But the shower is great. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and a muffin they also have cereal. Just enough for me I’ll be back in a few weeks.

The information on this property says Free Breakfast, well they give you coffee and a muffin, but come by as early as possible for a muffin because they will not replenish once the 6 muffins are gone. This not a breakfast by the way, it is no breakfast.

Breakfast was a little weak, but adequate if you didn't come prepared. Cereal and milk, oatmeal packets, and pre-packaged muffins, along with coffee, hot water, and juice. The room was nice, no problems there.

Holiday disappointment 2023
when my family (4) came up from Boston they were told they couldn't stay because my daughter had a service dog. They couldn't check in, there was nowhere else to stay in the area and they wouldn't suggest any motels/hotels with availability. Being the Christmas holiday they were left with no where else to stay & didn't know the area. The drive back home was over 3hrs. I had to put 4 adults & the dog in my one bedroom home. (to spend the holiday on the floor.) I need my reservation pymt returned to my account. I thank you for doing your part. It was a huge disappointment & I would never suggest or use their hotels/motels again.
