What otherwise would be a fantastic place to stay just became a little bit higher up than a hole in the wall that you should avoid.
I saw housekeeping, she couldn’t understand so she held up a towel, shook my head, but she never came back.
I called the front desk for a towel, but I never got that
I called the front desk for several items which never came up.
After staying there, I called managers twice nobody ever called me back.
We lost power while I stayed there, and there was absolutely no emergency planning place, no communication between management in the rooms, and zero heat.
They had no back up generator for the rooms so that food would not spoil.
I’m not a stickler on shower curtains, but the one that I saw was completely covered in mold at the bottom.
I suspect that all of the efforts are going into events downstairs… Because the rooms are a mess.
I saw a coffee stand that was on the wall from two months before that… It’s a hotel, in fact it’s dirty.
The poor management leaves a less than welcoming place to stay.
The restaurant was an absolute Joke.
Twice ordered a steak, medium rare, they came out uncooked… Not even close to being cooked property.
We also ordered a meal to have later on that night, which was supposed to include a crabcake… It did not include a crabcake, and of course, there was nobody there to help with that because the power had gone out… And of course they could not refund the money for the $15 crabcake that I never got.
Don’t stay here.
