"We had a great stay. Place was small (3 people are definitely tight), but crammed full of amenities, and on a beautiful property. Everything was really well thought out, with great linens, really clean, all the kitchen supplies you could ask for. Goats were fun ambiance. Property is dog friendly, but is not fenced, so just keep that in mind if that matters to your pups. The road it is on is not busy, but still could be an issue. While a little drive away, Arroyo Grande has a cute downtown...

"The rental was great! It is a beautiful home with all the extras in the kitchen , bathrooms and bedrooms! The view from kitchen is amazing! Communication with the owner was very good. The weather was so nice so patio and back yard was definitely used it was a great week! Centrally located to everything."

"We are group of 35 women who have gathered for the past 23 years to eat, drink, craft and enjoy each other. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out, visit, puzzle, play games, sit in the sun and all eat together in the dining room. The rooms were plenty large to sleep 4-6 people in each one. The location was perfect…walking distance to the cute town and plenty wineries to drive to as well! And the beach was about a 5 minute drive. We will be back...

"We enjoyed our trip and our stay at this house was great. The house has plenty of space, the kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need. The overall space was just amazing! The Yard was of course my favorite! (I love outdoor spaces). I loved the privacy we felt even though the main house is just beside the guest house. "This was our first stay at an ABB. This little house is tucked behind the owner's home with total privacy and is peaceful. The backyard was so beautiful and gave us a great feeling of serenity and relaxation. Loved the spa and fire pit in which we made smores. The inside is clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable also. About 3 minutes away is a state beach which you can drive on, park and relax. The host/owners were right there if we needed anything. First impression of an ABB was the best....
