"Zack at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel was being renovated and was trashed, and the staff seemed to be letting it go so tbe hall carpets were a mess, trash was piled up, and only one elevator worked. Hopefully it will be nice once it's finished."

"Everything was great besides it is an older building and older furniture they use. Our ac system did not work in our first room but we were able to get set up to a new room asap. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to the subway and was a close walk to pretty much everything. "

"We got a reasonably priced beautiful corner room. The location is very convenient to the incredible restaurants near by. Special thanks to the great staff. Their hard work shows and is much appreciated. "
"Staff is extremely friendly and fun. The hotel bar has wonderful drinks and the lobby is very cozy. The location is great if you like taking public transportation. Room was clean and cozy, extremely quiet. "
"Overall I consider the best choice for upscale place in Chicago. Hard to beat the blend of French hospitality and impeccable service. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Other “more luxurious” competitors come with pretentions tgat reduce feeling at home. "
