"We stayed one night at the Simpson House. Beautiful property and in the perfect Santa Barbara location just blocks off the promenade. The service was great. Loved the afternoon snacks. We stayed in the garden room and it was nice, although bathroom is outdated and bed was not very comfortable. My biggest complaint was the breakfast- coffee was bad and my scrambled eggs were really bad. Definitely expected better food for a 5 star place (and for the price we paid).
