"Was here over 30 years ago and don't remember it being this beautiful! Grounds are immaculate and constantly being groomed. Peace and absolute quiet. Understated elegance, (rustic), quiet, absolutely professional staff all around---from the front gatehouse to the car valet. "The house was as wonderfully quirky as advertised. So many interesting handcrafted details to admire. Stunning location. My only complaint is that while the kitchen is very well outfitted for cooking there are absolutely no supplies on hand. Not even salt and pepper. There is coffee and tea but be prepared to bring everything else."
