"The staff was amazing! Delores helped us with our shuttle from the airport, and then greeted us warmly upon our arrival! The drivers, Charles and Keith were spectacular - very helpful and great conversationalists. We had dinner at the restaurant - it was an excellent meal. Great chef!"

"Everything is above my expectation. The only complain is the noise caused by the door. I got waken up in middle of the night there due to the noise. The issue is that the door does not fully close, someone needs to seal the gap between door and door frame."

"The Canopy Hotel was exquisite in interior design. The amenities provided were excellent. The onsite restaurant - Fine & Fettle had delicious, convenient breakfast options. I appreciated the availability of filtered water in glass jars to fill during my stay. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful but sometimes difficult to reach in person after peak hours. Without a bell or any indicator to inform the front desk, we were left standing and waiting for service. The parking garage is atrocious!...

"I come to Charlotte often for a shopping spree with my best friend. I have stayed at this hotel for years. It is convenient a location for shopping and great meals. On this trip - I had left my phone plug at home and the Night Manager was so kind to offer me one I could use through my stay! Not many hotels have that kind of hospitality!!!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds and interesting history. We had an absolutely perfect stay Looks like we might actually get there a little before and you could not have asked for more luxury in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Super comfortable beds and everything you could wish for in the bathroom. Highly recommend stay here."

"The ONLY issue i had was there was no tv in the bedroom. Other than that everything about this property and its surrounding area was amazing. They respond in a quick fashion as well. "

"Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back."
