The rooms are older and rather small but you won't be spending a lot of time, save sleeping and bathing. "

"Amazing place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the view from my room and that I could walk right across the street and watch the sunset over the water. Treasure Island is my hometown, and I’ll be trying to book this place anytime I come home to visit"

"Unfortunately the A/C does not cool the room. Its a good size room and a small unit. The bed and pillow was awful hard that needs an upgrade as well. Everything else was excellent."

"The location is very good and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is an older property but it is clean and the service is top notch. Our refrigerator was not working properly and we had just gotten groceries for the week. They had someone come right up and replace it for us within the hour"

"The personnel is super friendly, the hotel is close to the center of St. Pete. We loved our stay."

"This was a great low cost place to stay right on the beach. No house keeping, which was fine by me as the price was great. Was very accommodating for extra blankets pillows etc. The only issue we had was the pool being in the middle of the place. Kids are jumping in and screaming by 9am,but it does close at 9pm. If you don’t mind that, this is a great place and we would come back."

"The hotel was great but the smell in the hallways was not so pleasant that is the only reason I gave them a 4. Check in was great check out was great. Room was already cool by the time we got in there. "

"This was our 2nd time at the hotel. It’s so convenient to the beach, local restaurants and downtown St Pete. Parking is secure and staff are nice. Was surprised after 1st night to get a text check in asking how stay was and to get a response. Was disappointed that shower plumbing issue was blamed on general island water issue (lever from tub to shower wasn’t working right so water only half came out of shower head). Even with that, would still return another time and highly recommend. "
