"The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. TV didnt have a movie channel. The jets restaurant kinda sucked. 1 GF option, over priced small steak, burnt burger, and no water for the table. I'd skip that part if possible."

"Our room is clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is a bonus and the washroom including the towels are clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I did not have to request for our room to be cleaned and our towels to be changed but it was all neat and clean when we arrived from the outlet mall which was just a 12-minute drive away. "

"The air conditioning doesn’t turn on unless the temperature outside falls below 4 degree Celsius. At least is what I was told so the rooms are hot in the night. "

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and steam room were amazing after a long drive, along with the heated pool. The free breakfast was also very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.. we would definitely stay here again if needed. "

"Pool was very large! Awesome for our group with several kids. Property is definitely an aging one, however they were actively working on replacing carpets etc. The elevator was finicky and had issues closing at times. The room was comfortable, bed was very close to the AC though, nearly touching. Breakfast had a great variety and lots of room for seating. We would stay again! "

"Overall priced right at about 125$ a night but would not pay more than that. Especially that there is no way to get around either from downtown or the airport. (The cab to and from airport added another 100$ to my trip.) Possible to walk to both Winsport and Farmer’s Market. Bathroom needs fixing up. Cracks in the floor and shower and toilet chain kept falling off. But the staff was lovely and helpful. Would stay again if I have to be on the side of Calgary and had a car. "
