"Property undergoing some repairs. By the time you read this, the pool might be fixed. Also, the white city buses (they look like repainted school buses) go by the busy street nearby around every 20 minutes. Some taxi stands are nearby. There's a hostess team that can answer some basic questions but doesn't speak much English so use your translator app if you have more requests. They've added Stripe payment so you can pay by credit card and that should appear in the description for the property...

"This hotel has a homey neighborhood feel. Very neat, safe and secure with parking outside our room door and a groundskeeper watching all the time. You have to drive thru a little tunnel/archway at the entrace not good for big rigs, we made it in our camper van. The woman at the desk was very prompt and professional when I called to check-in. "Beware of the fraudulent billing practices of this hotel. I booked a last minute stay through the Hotels.com app due to a cancelled flight. The price almost doubled from my initial research to the time I booked, but I wanted to stay in something close to the Cabo airport, so went ahead and confirmed. I arrived less than an hour after booking and was allowed to check in early (thank you Luis). I received the usual "how was your check in" email from Hotels.com, but was too tired to respond....
