"When a hotel has multiple floors, I prefer elevator service. I travel on long trips with lots of luggage. It took 25 minutes to move luggage to the 2nd floor room. Other than that, everything else was good. I didnt realize they have a sauna until after checkout. "

"We booked last minute to avoid a late night 3.5 hour drive home in the rain. The service was good, staff was pleasant late at night and there were cold drinks at reception and a complimentary tube of toothpaste once I realized I had forgotten ours. The beds were comfortable, room was clean. Great place to wait out the night coming or going from Winnipeg for out of towners. "

"To be fair, I cannot speak to the state/quality of the rooms. We had a reservation and upon arriving at the hotel, booked a different hotel from the vehicle. There were drug addicts EVERYWHERE, inside the lobby, outside the building, in the parking lot. I did not feel safe to get out of the vehicle, let alone leave my car parked there overnight. It looked like a zombie apocolypse. We counted how many were in the parking lot and around the building and stopped at 27. It was surreal. Was...

"They are working on updating their rooms. Although our room was not renovated yet, it was quite nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. "
