“My friend and I stayed for one night here. The building and room was easy to find, but beware of parking. We parked on the street and within 2 minutes we had a parking warning for street cleaning (the street sign said cleaning was on Monday, we were here on Tuesday). So keep that in mind! Everything was extremely clean and the room exceeded expectations. Bed was super comfy, but it was hard to sleep because you can hear evvvvveeeerrrrything happening in the unit above. The views are amazing, and it's a very short drive to the main strip of restaurants and shopping areas. It was exactly what we wanted and expected. “Wonderful apartment in an historic and artistic building in Santa Barbara. Very clean and tidy, with nice furnishings. We loved the place, as it was within easy walking distance of downtown, and was very quiet at night. 100% would return!”

“Easy spot for a weekend away. We were attending a wedding in town and the self check-in and guest parking spots made it easy to get into town. The house had dishes, each bedroom had its own TV, but the coolest thing was that the apt is directly across from the POOL! We didn't get to use the pool during our stay, but we certainly wished we could have because it was so conveniently located to the apt (just down the stairs!).”

“This 1950’s home was well maintained and decorated so well. The inside has comfortable furniture and feels cozy and inviting. Nice special touches with complimentary toiletries was wonderful. We slept well in the quiet neighborhood and the backyard is not only creatively done but we loved having coffee in the “shipping container” room and eating dinners at the little table. “We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.”
