"We stayed at the beach house for 4 nights while we visited Channel Island National Park. It’s convenient to the pier and other shopping locations. We enjoyed staying in the house to relax after a long day of outting."

"While still being relatively close to the center of Montecito and not far from downtown Santa Barbara, the cottage was quiet and very private. Parking is also a breeze. I have a large truck that can be hard to park in other places I've stayed in SB. No issues here with parking always available right in front of the cottage. The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pat was very quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in town."

"This is our second time to stay at this property. The location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes away is a little grocery store that has everything you need. And every evening a taco truck is parked there. The cottage is so cute, spotless and is well equipped. We love sitting on the front patio enjoying drinks and a meal. "This studio cabin is very well decorated and clean, and is a great midway location between Ventura and Ojai, CA. It’s quiet but there’s nothing to do in the neighborhood so prepare to go to one of the towns for food or entertainment. The small fenced yard is nice for dogs but the ground has wood chips so they may get tracked in. Enjoyed my two-night stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Seems a bit pricey but that could be because it was Ojai. We had some issues with heating and rusty garden chairs. Property could use some rugs and better furniture. Garden and grounds well kept. Host responded promptly to our questions. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe."

"A unique, fun, charming property that had lots of privacy! We enjoyed the AvoCottage so much! The mini-mini golf course was a hoot. And the setting was great, once we found it in the dark. "We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back."
