“Great clean place, really terrible neighborhood”

“Our modern, one-bedroom home was terrifically thought out, comfortable and well located for our 10 day stay. Fully equipped and very clean. We even managed an over-night by our granddaughters (8 & 5). Small yard allowed our dog to stretch and for us to take in the sun. Dedicated parking removed that hassle. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and convenient to Sausalito to Mill Valley. We'll be happy to return.”

“We had a great stay at this property! Noah was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly when they came up. It is a single room/studio arrangement but there is a nice patio with a picnic table which was a nice bonus.”

“Loved staying here. Great location. Close to Muni stops. Communication with host is excellent. The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.”

“My husband and I along with our grown sons enjoyed our stay in this North Beach home. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the Fisherman's Wharf. Super convenient and with a garage it makes parking a beeeze! (As long as you don't have a big SUV). Definitely would stay here again.”

“I loved being in earshot of the ocean, easy walking distance to the beach. It's not a fancy house--one big rooms, windows stick when you try to open them, basic yard landscaping. For a writing retreat like I was on, though, it was perfect.”

“Amazing views and great space, steps from the ocean. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Parking and getting in are a little confusing (there are multiple units) but everything else was great! Note that this is a still-active event space, so check out can be early (10 AM) if they have something scheduled.”

“This split level house was clean and had the feel of being recently redone. The pictures were spot on. Great view of mountains out back, and of the ocean driving into town. Easy commute to San Franciso area. Very quiet neighborhood.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect and within walking distance to Caltrain, shops, restaurants, library, Starbucks and Safeway. Check-in was smooth and host was super attentive and helpful prior to our stay. There was plenty of natural day light and windows to open which allowed for a lovely breeze throughout the day. The windows are double-pane and help reduce the street noise and train whistle (which brings back fond childhood memories). I always travel with disposable earplugs...

“The listing is very accurate! This place is right off the 101 freeway and very close to the airport. Our kiddo is special needs, so staying at a hotel is not appropriate for us. This house had everything we needed to relax and prepare for the college graduation we were attending. We were close enough to the city and far enough from the traffic and parking issues. Plenty of towels, which is great! There is an iron/ironing board in the closet as well. Perfect!!!”
