"Booked for a stay at this hotel and it was good"

"When we got to the hotel we met Vanessa at the front desk she explained how I could upgrade for 13 dollars for a sky view which I was ecstatic for since it was my birthday trip. She sent us off to our room which unfortunately it was not ready and messy, but when we went down Vanessa upgraded us again to a new room and this one add a beautiful view of the bay. She made this trip very easy and not stressful, she was very communicative and made sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed, I highly recommend especially if you are looking for a no stress hotel and ask for Vanessa."

"Great location, friendly staff, and very comfy beds. The California St trolley is right around the corner, and Fisherman's Wharf only a 10 minute drive away. Parking is expensive at $40 per night, and the $30 breakfast buffet is overpriced and really underwhelming. The pancakes were hard as a rock, and there are no soft drinks available. We felt ripped off after eating there. Go around the corner to Grubstake Diner for a real breakfast at a fraction of the cost. Other than the (very) overpriced restaurant, this is a great hotel. We would definitely stay again."

"Had a great stay at Hotel Zephyr with my wife and 8 year old daughter. Very family friendly hotel with lovely outdoor are with fire pits and roasting s’mores. Close to Fisherman’s Wharf & some cool restaurants. Buena Vista Cafe is a must further down the road. Hotel was clean & staff friendly. Would certainly return."
