“Perfect condo for a small family! You can’t get any closer to the beach. Suggestions for improvement would be change the screen door, update the couches and install a heavier shower curtain. Overall, we loved it! ”

“We stayed for anniversary very nice stay. The highlight was being able to stay on the deck and watch the tubes go down the river. The couch and chair in the living area is in need of an upgrade.”

“We came to Tybee for a quick getaway, and this was a perfect place to relax, watch the sunrise and sunset, and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The Southern Belle property management team was quick to respond to any questions and efficient with check-in instructions, etc. Would stay here again!”

“Amazing location. I enjoyed watching the waves, sunrise, and breeze. I am glad they had keyless entry. I did not have to worry about losing keys or remembering to give a family a key. The only issue was the refrigerator froze up and then thawed out, which led to water in the refrigerator with the food.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. There are no words to describe how much fun I had with 3 of my granddaughters. We made so many memories! It is very close to the beach. I sat on the deck every morning drinking my coffee and watching the cargo ships and Captain Derik’s Dolphin boats. We took a sunset tour which was awesome. I’d recommend a tour with them any time of the day! My granddaughters made a remark how friendly everyone was. We found shells and even shared them with a couple people. We didn’t...

“The place was clean and the host was very responsive in the questions I had during our stay. The property entrance is conveniently facing parking spots in the garage so it was very helpful for my disabled mother-in-law to go in and out of the property with ease. The place overall was way nicer than we thought! I absolutely loved the decor and aesthetics of the place. It was unfortunate that we were only staying for one night, would definitely book a second time if we were ever in the area again!”

“The location is great, close to the beach and shops, the condo was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities you need. The two drawbacks is one you have 4 flights of stairs (which you can tell it’s at the top in the pictures) and during our stay one morning, we heard a knock on the door. When we answered it, it was the exterminator wanting to come in and spray, which I totally understand needs to be done, but I feel like management could have done a better job at communicating this with me...
