I will not recommend you. Hotel too dirty especially the carpet. No one is at your disposal, the office never answers the phone. The TV didn't work, the sink was clogged. the broken alarm clock, the room not clean every day and a very strong smell of chlorine coming from the swimming pool.

For what I paid, it was nice. The lobby is more updated than the rooms, BUT the rooms are pretty solid. The linen was clean and the bed soft. There were stains on the chairs and drapes though. There was also a mildew scent in the bathroom.

0/10!! Staff failed to notify us that the water was down which meant that the chillers couldn’t work so the air was out as well. It was understandable that this was a city issue, but the desk staff were rude & acted as if we were inconveniencing them when asking for accommodations such as water, which they still continued to charge for. Parking was horrible as well, if you don’t purchase valet you have to park in a parking garage across the street and cross an extremely busy intersection to get back to the hotel. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!
