"Just the fact that it’s an old ship, makes the experience unforgettable. Very unique, staff was friendly. Upon arrival our room wasn’t clean, no trash bags, no soap, and bed/pillows had no linen but we went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and they took care of the issue immediately. Our housekeeper was great, she did everything she could and even apologize even though it wasn’t her fault. "The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. "The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....
