"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"This is a lovely inn style accommodation. Lovely caring staff, amazing views, coca tea available anytime which is handy and loved the location being elevated and amongst the little restaurants and bars enjoyed by locals and tourists. The room is as expected which is basic and comfortable and I know that when I booked it and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!"

"The staff were always professional and helpful. Hotel is situated in a very convenient location which is walkable to Plaza de Armas and other places. Breakfast spread was limited but decent. I felt shortchanged with only a day of bottled water provided despite me staying for 6 nights. The water pressure & temperature were inconsistent too. "
