The location was amazing! The property is less than a block to the main square in Cusco. Unfortunately, there were some issues during the stay. The water was shut off twice during the week we were there and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling… It was still an okay place to stay in Cusco!

This is a cute hotel located very close to Plaza de Armas. The staff are friendly and they offer free breakfast to go if you have an early morning tour. It is very noisy, however. The hotel is located next to some nightclubs and the rooms have poor sound proofing. Would recommend wearing ear plugs!

A bit noisy, was woken at 4am by my upstairs neighbours seemingly running laps and then coming into the courtyard that the rooms open onto talking at the top of their voices.

Charming but loud
The location near the main square is very convenient for walking--not so convenient for taxi pick up and drop off and luggage transfer. The loud music from the nightclubs is clearly heard throughout the hotel until at least 6am--including guests ringing the bell and coming in and out the front door all throughout the night. There was limited to no hot water in the evenings. The staff was kind and helpful with transit and early morning bagged breakfasts. Though charming, it is not an ideal spot if you're looking for a good night's rest.

Wonderful hotel! Right off the main square, Plaza De Armas. Convenient location next to plenty of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and tour pickups. If you have early excursions booked in the morning the hotel staff will pack your breakfast to go. Staff were amazing and I'd like to shout out the front desk staff for their exceptional service.

Very cute hotel, tucked away on a side street, right near Plaza de Armas. Many tourist activities nearby, and taxis everywhere if you want to sightsee a bit farther. The hotel walls are a bit thin but other guest were respectful, and things quiet down at night. Very cozy lobby with plants and cafe-type seating to enjoy your complimentary tea. Christopher (Cristofer?) was extremely kind and helpful with our stay. Thank you Christopher!

Great place close to everything
Right off the main square, by all of the restaurants, shopping, nightlife but felt really secure. We had one morning that started at 4:30am for an excursion and they made sure we had a to go breakfast waiting and ready.
