"Absolutely superb stay. Hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and richly historic. Most welcoming staff ever. I came with my 2 daughters (10, 13) for a concert. Staff made us all feel like royalty without feeling fake, forced, or patronizing. Every single staff member we encountered was fantastic, but Lily at the front desk especially stood out. She was great at check in, but when we returned from the show 8 hours later she remembered who we were, why we were there, and even asked the girls to see pictures of their favorite singer's performance. 10/10"
"Check in was great. Room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a suite. Amazing views. Great mall attached to hotel on 2nd floor with great shopping and eateries. First time in Boston for a Sox game. Great experience!"
