"Continental breakfast was really good. Fresh fruit, breads, amazing coffee, hard boiled eggs aplenty. Property was clean and orderly and stepping outside immediately places you in a real Boston neighborhood. Short walk for us to make the Sox game. I would stay here again; the free available daily breakfast made it a solid value."

"This was one of the best Inn’s we’ve stayed in. Elizabeth was so pleasant and warm and the room was perfect. I couldn’t find a single thing that I would have changed or I was not happy with. She has everything you need and it was so comfortable. The area is safe and close to everything. "

"Amazing location right on the beach and steps from an adorable corner store/ice cream shop. Brief walk away from restaurants and the light house. The house had some quirks but all of those were more than over looked by how amazing Bob and his family were at making our family feel right at home for the week we were there. "The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

"The Coolidge Corner Guest House is a great place to stay if you are visiting Boston. It is one block off Brookline which has the "T" metro line that runs every fifteen minutes. The fare is waived if you are running the Boston Marathon. I really enjoyed the way the people in Boston treated the Marathoners, it is like nowhere else in the world. I hope I get an opportunity to run the Marathon again."

"A beautiful building, very clean . Easy walk to the ballpark . Our friends stayed on the first floor and could hear people outside , and we would have really liked an earlier check in so we could have dropped off our stuff before the 4pm game . But it all worked out . "
