“We were attending our son’s graduation from BU. Being near the harbor and all the wonderful north end restaurants was great. My wife’s mom was intending to join but was unable to do so. That was for the best, as she would have had a difficult time negotiating the stairs that were no problem for us at this unique property.”

“2 large windows look out over the roof tops at Cape Ann light, short walk to the shore for views of the Twin Lights. Easy car access to Gloucester, Rockport, Halibut Point State Park. Very quiet and the hosts are very thoughtful.”

“This is a beautiful old flat (very large) in a lovey neighborhood of Boston 5 minutes from Deli, Restaurants, etc Great walking area. “We stayed at the house for UMASS graduation. It comfortably fit the family and the place was in good shape. Sparse on the decorations but clean. Locations to UMASS is great but you are on a main road with loud traffic if you're not used to it. House came stocked with amenities and beds were all neat, clean and made when we got there. No complaints and would recommend this home.”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
