“The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The windows are highly effective at blocking out noise from the busy street. As advertised, there is no elevator and no stove, but the air fryer provided is very convenient. The space is clean and quiet, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The hallway luggage lockers were a lifesaver. What could be improved: - A full-length mirror or one in the hallway would be beneficial. - Providing communal-size body lotion, similar to the……

“It was a nice, clean, well maintained unit and property. We could see the beach from our deck and the beach was only half a block away. When minor issues arose (e.g. re: another person parking in our spot) I was able to text the property manager and got a response that was helpful right away. Would definitely recommend it as a good spot.”

“The general maintenance of the building and the unit needed attention and care like broken towel bar, dirty and smelly shower curtain, and much needed cleaning inside the elevator. The location was noisy due to close by highway and street cars. ”
