“Waiting for the lift all the time to get in room ”

“Parking for check in is limited. The new building looks good, however, there's an older one too. The rooms are big and view is nice. Front desk and room cleaning crew communication is not great. The cleaning crew basically didn't know the room was occupied. She' just entered without knocking. Overall, we're satisfied.”

“Booked and junior suite weeks in advance and once we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any suites available and that obviously I had just booked (which was untrue). Was accommodated but highly upset. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. ”

“It would be nice to be given a laundry pod and dished for each day we are staying or two each day. We did a lot washing and dishes while we were there. More toilet paper supplies too. The view was excellent. Could not beat that. ”

“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“For the most part the hotel was quite. Rooms were spacious. The negative about this hotel is the parking for it is not ideal and pool area needs to be freshened up looks dingy and outdated staff was friendly and beach access was great!”

“Only suggestion is better a/c’s as our room didn’t get below 70. Amazing staff and facility. They were so sweet and accommodating. Very cute retro style rooms ”

“Weekends are loud, even on 14th floor from neighboring bars and sites. Elevator was broken so ha to wait for just one that worked out of 4. Rooms where a little smaller than seemed via site pics. But a nice and clean stay for our tournament. Pull out beds where smaller and not conformable. Murphy beds where better than pull outs. ”

“Location and the view from the room was amazing. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The only thing was bathroom and shower seems still under construction. Shower got clogged whole time and needs to be fixed. Other than bathroom, every was great.”
