In the place itself you go over a sort of, I think it is a swimming centre floor, not sure, but after reception you have to take your shoes off and wear slippers they provide to walk over the floor. What I started out with was just a basic sleep capsule, an enclosed bed. There is a small TV on the wall and an electrical point. For my second day I was given a free upgrade...

"This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. "The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away.
