"Check in person was wonderful. However there was some kind of patio right under the windows with people partying and screaming until almost midnight. When I called to ask the front desk if she could ask them just to keep it a bit quieter she was very rude and said they were “outside and she couldn’t do anything, but fine I guess I can try”. The people partying were on hotel grounds right below all the windows and I wasn’t being a Karen, I was extremely nice about it."
