Fantastic location - safe and quiet neighborhood (feels very tucked away, we saw deer in the backyard and took peaceful walk/run around the area), close enough to walk to a restaurants/7-11, and close to the highway to travel in to the city! Great communication from Michael, very responsive. Layout was great for 3 families with spacious rooms, private bathrooms, and open layout. Very pleased with our visit!"

"The property was as described and the location is excellent with grocery, food, and public transportation very close by. The house itself needed a refresh with the paint definitely showing dirt and scuff marks, stained furniture, and a broken light fixture. The brownstone itself was mostly clean, but lacked in linens (example…one hand towel for 2nd story bathroom that services 4 people) and 5 hangers that were supposed to service 8 people. I think with a little work this place could be top notch...

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean! All bedding and linens were made available and were also very clean.
